Clients do not have to pay for a class if they cancel with 24 hours or greater notice. Canceled classes must be taken within 30 days of the original class date. If not, the class will be lost. Clients should try to keep cancellations under 20%. This is an industry standard. If cancellations are 20% or greater, we may have to stop classes.
